1. REGISTER AS A CUSTOMER

Welcome to Parole. We are a boutique with a refined skincare & fragrances range, located in Passage no. 28 in The Hague. We are also an authorized reseller of the Biologique Recherche range, which consists of an immensely wide range of products. If you are specifically interested in a Biologique Recherche product, please register as a customer first. To do this, create an account on our website www.parolepassage.shop. This ensures that your name, address details, email address and telephone number are correctly registered in our customer system. Naturally, we handle your privacy data with care. When you create an account, we assume that you would also like to receive our newsletters so that you can stay informed of our promotions and developments (maximum twice a month).

2. REQUEST INFORMATION ABOUT PRODUCT

After creating your personal customer account, you can inform us of your product selection. From Monday to Saturday we will inform you quickly and in any case within 24 hours about the availability and price of the products you selected. We think it is important that you are completely satisfied with the products you have chosen and advise you to schedule an (online) appointment for skin and product advice at a time that suits you. If you are already familiar with the product you want to order, place an order immediately.

3. ORDER PRODUCT

After you have finally made your choice for one or more products, you can order your chosen products in our webshop.

4. MAKE ORDER FINAL

After receiving your order and payment, we will send you the invoice for your order by email. For orders under €200, €7.50 shipping costs will be charged. Orders over €200 will be shipped to you for free.

5. PAYMENT OF ORDER

Once we have received your order and payment, we will send your order to you within 48 hours. If this is unexpectedly not possible, we will let you know.

6. DELIVERY OR SHIPPING ORDER

If you live in The Hague or within a radius of 15 km around The Hague, we can personally deliver your order to you, at a time that suits you. When your order is sent by us, Post NL will deliver to your home. When placing your order you can indicate your preference for personal delivery or shipping. When you choose to ship, you can also immediately choose to receive track and trace information.

7. SHIPPING TRACKING

If you indicate that you want to be informed via track and trace about the time of delivery of your order, we will send you the link with track and trace information after your package has been shipped.

8. RETURNING ORDER

If you want to return your order (or part of it), this is possible without giving reasons within a period of 30 days. We ask you to inform us about this by email. It is important that you ensure that we receive the returned products within 30 days. Refunds for the returned products will take place within a maximum of 7 days after we have received the shipment to the bank account number provided by you.

Products can only be returned in the complete original packaging, unopened and in the original shipping packaging or comparable box. We check returned products for use and possible damage. If the seal is broken or the product has been used, we will charge a 100% depreciation. Hygiene products such as cosmetics for which the seal has been broken can therefore never be returned.

9. DELIVERED SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED

Immediately check your order for damage to the products upon receipt. We
package and ship your order as carefully as possible. If damage does occur, please inform us immediately by telephone or email and attach a photo. Even if the shipment is incomplete or the wrong products have been sent, please contact us immediately by telephone or email. We will of course immediately provide a solution and inform you about the follow-up.

10. WARRANTY OR ALLERGIC REACTION

Parole is a retailer of various brands and also an authorized reseller of Biologique Recherche. Warranty on the products is provided by the relevant brand supplier. We do not provide any additional guarantees in addition to those specified by the supplier. If you have any doubts about this, please contact us.

We take no responsibility for any hypersensitivity or allergic reactions to ingredients in the products we supply. If you have any doubts about the ingredients and components in a product, please contact us.

If you unexpectedly experience an unpleasant allergic reaction after using a product supplied by us, please let us know. In that case too, we will do our best to find a suitable solution.
